Who says pizza is only for lunch or dinner?

Breakfast Pizza is a deliciously unique way to start your day, bringing together the best of breakfast and everyone’s favorite comfort food. With a crispy, golden crust as the foundation, this morning masterpiece is topped with gooey, melted cheese, crispy bacon, savory sausage, and fresh vegetables. The star of the show? Perfectly baked eggs with yolks that remain slightly runny, adding an irresistible richness to every bite.

Whether you're serving it for a family brunch or treating yourself to a weekend indulgence, this breakfast pizza is a satisfying and flavorful way to kick-start your day.

This dish is as customizable as it is delicious. Swap the bacon for turkey sausage, add bell peppers for a colorful twist, or sprinkle on some hot sauce for an extra kick.

The balance of textures—from the crispiness of the crust to the creaminess of the cheese and eggs—makes every bite unforgettable.

Serve it with a side of fresh fruit or a light salad to complete the meal. No matter how you enjoy it, one thing’s for sure: Breakfast Pizza is a morning treat worth waking up for.

  • 1/2 cup marinara or white sauce

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1/4 cup spinach, chopped

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.

  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.

  3. Transfer the dough to a parchment-lined baking sheet or preheated pizza stone.

  4. Spread the marinara or white sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.

  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.

  6. Crack the eggs directly onto the pizza, spacing them apart.

  7. Evenly distribute the cooked bacon, sausage, cherry tomatoes, and spinach.

  8. Season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.

  9. Drizzle olive oil over the toppings.

  10. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown, cheese is melted, and egg whites are set but yolks remain runny.
